Polyester pre-oriented yarn (POY):

1. Product Properties:

This is the raw yarn spun by the polymerized melt direct spinning process or the polyester chipping process, which doesn’t have high molecular structuring orientation, and needs to be post-processed, stretched or spandexed to make the molecular structure fully oriented, before production of finished polyester filaments. It has the characteristics of beautiful appearance, good uniformity of strips, excellent unwinding performance, clear tail yarn and high end passing rate.

2 Product Series:

Semi-dull POY, great light POY, cationic POY, full extinction POY, colored POY

3. Product Application:

Suitable for high-speed texturing machines, including Type 800, Type 1000, 33H, S+Z, TMT automatic and other mechanical equipment, producing polyester DTY yarns. Some products are used for drafting or drafting compounding, producing DT composite yarns.
