▌Principle

FDY (Fully Drawn Yarn) is a winding yarn with high orientation and medium crystallinity obtained by stretching and setting in the spinning process.

▌Product Features

1.The tenacity of FDY is above 4.5cN/dtex, and the elongation is mostly 44-49%, which has been fully stretched and can be directly used for textile processing;

2.It has the advantages of high orientation degree, less broken filament in production, high dyeing uniformity and good strength;

3.It is supported by cutting-edge production equipment (TMT in Japan, Barmag in Germany) and testing instruments (Uster evenness tester, Oxford MQC nuclear magnetic resonance tester, etc.).
