▌Principle
POY (Pre-oriented Yarn) is the incompletely drawn chemical fiber filament between unoriented yarn and drawn yarn obtained by high-speed spinning.
▌Product Features
1.The elongation of POY is mostly between 65% and 72% while the tenacity is between 3.7 and 4.0 cN/dtex;
2.It is featured by low orientation and low crystallinity, stable structure and excellent processing performance, and can be used as high elastic yarn and low elastic yarn;
3.It is supported by cutting-edge production equipment (TMT in Japan, Barmag in Germany) and testing instruments (Uster evenness tester, Oxford MQC nuclear magnetic resonance tester, etc.).
